Forms for Rallies

  • Membership Application

    This form is to be filled out if you would like to join as a financial member of the club.

    In the case of a family membership, each family member needs to complete this form.

  • Guest Member

    This form needs to be filled out by guest riders before they mount their horse at a rally.

    It must be completed for each rally they attend, it doesn't carry over from one rally to another.

  • Training Days

    This form is to be completed by all riders before the event.

    Training Day Waiver

  • ARCA Challenge

    All ARCA Challenge Participants must complete this form before or at the event. There will be an iPad there on the day.
